1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Timeframes
We are proud to offer Free Shipping on all orders. There are no hidden fees or minimum purchase requirements.

Note: "Processing Time" includes verifying your order, packing the items safely, and handing them over to our courier partner. We do not ship or deliver on Sundays or public holidays.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD) Guidelines
To make your shopping experience seamless, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD).

Order Confirmation: For COD orders, our customer support team may reach out to you via SMS, WhatsApp, or phone call to confirm your delivery address before dispatching the order. Unconfirmed orders may experience shipping delays.

Payment: Please ensure you have the exact cash amount ready when the courier rider arrives, as riders often carry limited change.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email or SMS containing your Tracking Number and a link to trace your package in real-time.
If you do not receive tracking details within 48 hours of placing your order, please reach out to us at nurvabotanicals@gmail.com.
4. Delivery Attempts & Unclaimed Shipments
Our delivery partners will typically attempt to deliver your package up to 2–3 times.

If you are unavailable to receive the package, the rider will call you to coordinate a convenient time.

If a COD shipment is repeatedly rejected or goes unclaimed without a valid reason, we reserve the right to restrict the Cash on Delivery payment option for your account on future orders.
5. Damaged, Lost, or Wrong Items
We take great care in packaging our herbal formulas to prevent leaks or damage during transit. However, if your package arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect:
